Headstart
HeadStart (the cheapest) is a value ‘budget’ plan, covering in-patient and day-patient costs to the maximum policy value of US$1.8 million per year. HeadStart also covers crucial out-patient treatments as well. For example, it has Full Out-Patient Cover for surgery, MRI/CT scans and all cancer treatment. It even includes cover (to $720 per condition) for out-patient visits to specialists and consultants (no GP referral or related hospital admission is required).
Basic
The next level, ‘Basic’, introduces new benefits such as family doctor’s visits, organ transplants, physiotherapy, prescribed drugs, pregnancy complications and more.
Standard
Standard offers a very wide range of benefits to an annual value of $2.7 million. Additional benefits include an annual routine wellness check (after a wait period), complementary medicine, newly diagnosed AIDS/HIV, HRT and more.
Executives
The top level,'Executive' is a very comprehensive plan and also includes routine dental and routine maternity (after Wait Periods). The annual maximum value of Executive is $9 million. Out-patient costs for doctors, specialists, tests, drugs, and consultants are covered in full.
